Glenamaddy Community School competed in the Cross Country schools Connacht Final on Feb 24th 2015. All of the athletes performed extremely well in very competitive races on a tough course. Congratulations to the following athletes who have qualified for the All-Ireland Cross Country Final which takes place on March 7th in Clongowes College, Clane, Co. KIladare.

• Odhran Geraghty in 1st Year finished in 7th place.
• Steven Raftery in 2nd Year finished in 12th place
• MacDara Geraghty in 3rd Year finished in 15th place
• Intermediate Boys Team finished in 3rd place and won Bronze Connaught Medals

(Inter Boys Team: Steven Raftery, MacDara Geraghty, Oisin Hynes, James O'Donnell, Brian Fahey, Cillian Madden).
