A huge congratulations and thanks to our Senior Girls Football Team and management on their fantastic achievement on Sat 21st in the All Ireland Final. Their skill, commitment, bravery, never say die attitude and extraordinary self-belief was a credit to witness. It was a historic day for our school and day that will be etched in the memories of everyone forever. A team that has been unbeaten in over three years, winning Junior A and Senior B All Irelands who have now reached the pinnacle of their success by claiming a Senior A title. These are an exceptional group of players and we should not underestimate the magnitude of their achievements.
Huge thanks to all who travelled to the match to support, to those who lit bonfires and came out to celebrate their homecoming. Thanks to PJ and Daryl Fahy of ECC for their sponsorship and to the management team who have worked tirelessly over the last few years to reach this summit.
