On Thursday the 22nd of December at 8pm a magical evening of festive music, and song took place in Glenamaddy Community School with refreshments served. All the music classes in the school along with the school choir and ensemble performed a wide range of Christmas music by candle light. It ended with the title song 'Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire' during which the audience got to taste the Chestnuts that had been roasted during the concert. A great night was had by all and we hope to see you all back again for next year’s festive fusion of music, song and Christmas cheer.
